Hospice RNs – Full Time, Part Time, Per Diem

Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service, a focus on excellence in patient care and a strong work ethic.  Must have CT RN license, a minimum of one year of home care experience and a minimum of one year hospice experience. 

Hospice Social Workers – Per Diem

Candidates must be licensed social workers who have a minimum one year of experience in health care.  Hospice experience is preferred. Candidate must also have an understanding of the hospice philosophy and issues of death/dying.
